Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Once we review your claim, we will determine whether the issue is covered under our return policy. If the issue is found to be the result of a defect or circumstances within our control, we will provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned product and verify the issue, we will issue either a refund or store credit, including reimbursement for the return shipping cost where applicable.

Refund & Store Credit Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or store credit:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or damage that occurred after delivery.

  • Refunds and store credits are based on the condition of the returned product upon inspection.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified before they have been shipped.

Because we process orders quickly, some orders may leave our facility within as little as one hour, while others may take up to 24 hours or longer. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
